How to use
1. The Program applies to investments in mutual fund products available on the LINE Bank by Hana Bank application, excluding Money Market Mutual Fund products.
2. Customers are eligible to receive cashback calculated based on mutual fund purchase transactions and positive growth in the total mutual fund investment value (Net Growth) managed through Hana Bank during the Program Period.

Terms & Condition
1. The Program is valid for the period of 1–30 November 2026.
2. The Program is applicable to all Customers who hold a LINE Bank by Hana Bank account.
3. The Program applies to investments in mutual fund products available on the LINE Bank by Hana Bank application, excluding Money Market Mutual Fund products.
4. Customers are eligible to receive cashback calculated based on mutual fund purchase transactions and positive growth in the total mutual fund investment value (Net Growth) managed through Hana Bank during the Program Period.
5. The calculation of total mutual fund investment value growth (Net Growth) is based on a comparison between:
- Mutual fund investment balance as of 31 October 2026; and
- Mutual fund investment balance as of 30 November 2026.
6. Cashback is awarded based on the accumulated purchase transactions and positive growth in the total investment value (Net Growth), according to the data recorded in Hana Bank's system, subject to the following conditions:

7. Cashback will be credited to the Customer's LINE Bank by Hana Bank savings account no later than 30 (thirty) business days after the end of the Program Period. If the crediting date falls on a public holiday, the cashback will be credited on the next business day.
8. Any tax obligations arising from income and/or benefits received by the Customer under the Program shall be the sole responsibility of the Customer in accordance with applicable tax regulations.
9. This Program cannot be combined with other mutual fund programs organized by Hana Bank or LINE Bank by Hana Bank.
10. In the event of any indication of a violation and/or fraud against applicable regulations, Hana Bank reserves the right to cancel and/or reclaim any cashback that will be or has been awarded to the Customer.
11. Hana Bank reserves the right to amend and/or add to the Program's terms and conditions by providing prior notice to Customers in accordance with the provisions stipulated by the Regulator through Hana Bank's official communication channels.
12. For any complaints, feedback, and/or inquiries regarding the Program, Customers may contact Hana Bank through Call Hana at 1500 021 (24 hours), Official Hana Bank WhatsApp at 0811-9710-0021 (08:00–22:00 WIB), email at help@linebank.co.id, or visit the nearest Hana Bank Branch Office.
13. Customers must comply with the instructions and terms and conditions provided by Hana Bank, as well as all applicable laws and regulations governing the use of services and transactions related to this Program.
14. By participating in this Program, Customers are deemed to have read, acknowledged, understood, and agreed to all applicable Program terms and conditions.
15. PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia (Hana Bank) is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia (BI), and is a participant in the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) deposit guarantee program.
