Everypay

1. The Program applies to:

1. Payments made using QRIS or Hana Bank and LINE Bank by Hana Bank Debit Cards bearing the GPN and/or Visa logo at all merchants, both online and offline, excluding e-Wallet top-up transactions; or
2. Bill payments made through the MyHana Mobile Banking or LINE Bank by Hana Bank applications.

2. Customers are eligible to receive IDR 250,000 cashback, awarded to the 20 (twenty) Customers with the highest number of valid transactions (frequency) each month during the Program Period.

3. Terms and Conditions apply.

1. The Program is valid for the period of October 1 – November 30, 2026.

2. The Program applies to:

1. Payments made using QRIS or Hana Bank and LINE Bank by Hana Bank Debit Cards bearing the GPN and/or Visa logo at all merchants, both online and offline, excluding e-Wallet top-up transactions; or
2. Bill payments made through the MyHana Mobile Banking or LINE Bank by Hana Bank applications.

3. Customers are eligible to receive IDR 250,000 cashback, awarded to the 20 (twenty) Customers with the highest number of valid transactions (frequency) each month during the Program Period.

4. Each Customer is entitled to receive 1 (one) cashback during the Program Period.

5. Winners will be selected each month during the Program Period and will be announced no later than the 30th (thirtieth) of the following month through Hana Bank’s official communication channels.

6. The Program is subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Minimum transaction amount of IDR 10,000 per transaction.
• Failed, cancelled, or refunded transactions will not be counted toward the Program.
• Transactions at the same merchant will be counted up to a maximum of 10 (ten) transactions per month. Any transactions exceeding this limit will not be counted toward the Program.
• Customers are required to maintain a minimum savings balance of IDR 500,000 in accordance with the Program terms and conditions.
• In the event that multiple Customers have the same number of valid transactions, the winner will be determined based on the Customer who reaches the respective number of transactions first.
• The Program applies to Customers who have never won the EveryPay Program for the July–September 2026 period.

7. Cashback will be credited no later than 7 (seven) business days after the winner announcement. If the scheduled crediting date falls on a public holiday, the cashback will be credited on the next business day.

8. Any taxes arising from the cashback will be borne by Hana Bank in accordance with the applicable tax regulations in Indonesia.

9. The Program does not apply to Hana Bank employees.

10. In the event of any indication of violation and/or fraud against the applicable terms and conditions, Hana Bank reserves the right to cancel and/or reclaim the cashback that will be or has been provided to the Customer.

11. Customers are required to comply with the instructions and terms and conditions provided by Hana Bank, as well as all applicable laws and regulations specifically governing the use of services and transactions related to this Program.

12. Hana Bank reserves the right to amend and/or add to the Program terms and conditions by providing prior notice to Customers in accordance with the period stipulated by the Regulator through Hana Bank’s official communication channels.

13. For complaints, inquiries, or grievances regarding the Program, Customers may contact Hana Bank through Call Hana 1-500-021 (24 hours), Official Hana Bank WhatsApp 0811-9710-0021 (08:00–22:00 WIB), email at customervoice@hanabank.co.id and/or help@linebank.co.id, or visit the nearest Hana Bank Branch Office.

14. By participating in this Program, Customers are deemed to have read, acknowledged, understood, and agreed to all applicable Program terms and conditions.

15. PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia (Hana Bank) is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia (BI), and is a participant of the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) deposit guarantee program.
