KTA Promotion

1. The Program is only applicable to Customers who have not held any LINE Bank by Hana Bank loan products within the 6 (six) months prior to the start of the Program Period.

2. The cashback Program is based on the initial loan limit approved by the Bank during the Program Period, subject to the following terms and conditions:

(KTA)

• Cashback of IDR 100,000 for loan disbursements ranging from IDR 20,000,000 to IDR 39,000,000.
• Cashback of IDR 200,000 for loan disbursements ranging from IDR 40,000,000 to IDR 74,000,000.
• Cashback of IDR 400,000 for loan disbursements ranging from IDR 75,000,000 to IDR 99,000,000.
• Cashback of IDR 800,000 for a loan disbursement of IDR 100,000,000.

Quick Credit

• Cashback of IDR 100,000 for an approved loan limit ranging from IDR 40,000,000 to IDR 74,000,000.
• Cashback of IDR 200,000 for an approved loan limit ranging from IDR 75,000,000 to IDR 100,000,000.

3.Terms and conditions apply.

1. The Program is valid for the period of 1–30 November 2026.

2. The Program is only applicable to Customers who have not held any LINE Bank by Hana Bank loan products within the 6 (six) months prior to the start of the Program Period.

3. The cashback Program is based on the initial loan limit approved by the Bank during the Program Period, subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Cashback of IDR 100,000 for loan disbursements ranging from IDR 20,000,000 to IDR 39,000,000.
• Cashback of IDR 200,000 for loan disbursements ranging from IDR 40,000,000 to IDR 74,000,000.
• Cashback of IDR 400,000 for loan disbursements ranging from IDR 75,000,000 to IDR 99,000,000.
• Cashback of IDR 800,000 for a loan disbursement of IDR 100,000,000.

Quick Credit

• Cashback of IDR 100,000 for an approved loan limit ranging from IDR 40,000,000 to IDR 74,000,000.
• Cashback of IDR 200,000 for an approved loan limit ranging from IDR 75,000,000 to IDR 100,000,000.

4. The Program provides cashback only once for the first loan product approved by the Bank during the Program Period.

5. Cashback will be credited no later than 60 (sixty) business days after the first bill for the KTA product has been paid in full, or after the first bill for the Quick Credit loan limit approved by the Bank has been paid in full.

6. The Program does not apply if:

• The Customer pays the first bill after its due date.
• The Customer has fully repaid the loan before the cashback disbursement date.
• The Customer's loan is classified as non-performing at the time the cashback is disbursed.
• The Customer applies for a loan through an aggregator, sales/marketing agent, or LINE Bank by Hana Bank affiliate partner.

7. Cashback will be credited to the LINE Bank Savings Account linked to the loan product.

8. The Program cannot be combined with other ongoing programs or loan applications submitted through the Bank's partners.

9. In the event of any indication of a violation or fraud against the applicable regulations, PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia ("Hana Bank") reserves the right to cancel and/or reclaim any cashback that will be or has been provided to the Customer.

10. Hana Bank reserves the right to amend and/or add to the Program terms and conditions by providing prior notice to Customers within the notification period stipulated by the Regulator through communication channels designated by Hana Bank.

11. For any complaints, inquiries, and/or questions regarding the Program, Customers may contact Hana Bank through Call Hana at 1500 021 (24 hours), Hana Bank's official WhatsApp at 0811-9710-0021 (08:00–22:00 WIB), email at help@linebank.co.id, or by visiting the nearest Hana Bank Branch Office.

12. Customers must comply with all instructions, terms, and conditions stipulated by Hana Bank, as well as all applicable laws and regulations governing the use of services and transactions related to this Program.

13. By participating in this Program, Customers are deemed to have read, acknowledged, understood, and agreed to all applicable Program terms and conditions.

14. PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia (Hana Bank) is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia (BI), and is a participant in the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) deposit guarantee program.
