How to use
1. This Program applies to Customers who have opened a Savings Account through the LINE Bank by Hana Bank application.
2. Customers are entitled to receive cashback upon fulfilling the following requirements:
Referrer:
- Cashback of IDR 25,000 per successful referred Customer who opens a Savings Account using the referral code, with a maximum cashback of IDR 2,500,000 during the Program Period.
Referee:
- Perform a top up and maintain a balance of IDR 500,000 in the main account until the end of the month.

Terms & Condition
1. The Program is valid for the period of 1–30 November 2026.
2. The Program applies to Customers who have opened a Savings Account through the LINE Bank by Hana Bank application.
3. Customers are eligible to receive cashback subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Referrer: Receives cashback of IDR 25,000 for each successfully referred Customer who opens a Savings Account using the referral code, with a maximum total cashback of IDR 2,500,000 during the Program Period.
- Referee: Must make a top-up and maintain a balance of IDR 500,000 in the main account until the end of the month.
4. Customers may invite friends to open a LINE Bank by Hana Bank account, subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Customers must have an active Savings Account.
- Customers can share their referral code by following these steps:
- Open the LINE Bank by Hana Bank application.
- Go to the “More” page and select the “Invite Friends” menu.
- Share the unique referral link with friends, family members, or relatives through a messaging application.
- Customers must maintain a minimum balance of IDR 500,000 in their main account at the end of the month during the Program Period.
5. Cashback will be credited to the main accounts of both the Referrer and the Referee no later than 14 (fourteen) business days after the Program Period ends. If the crediting date falls on a public holiday, the cashback will be credited on the next business day.
6. The maximum cashback quota applies to each account opened by a Referee.
7. If more than one Referrer refers the same Customer and the applicable Program terms and conditions are fulfilled, the cashback will be awarded based on the referral submission received first by LINE Bank by Hana Bank.
8. In the event of any indication of a violation and/or fraud against the applicable terms and conditions, Hana Bank reserves the right to cancel the Customer's participation in the Program and/or revoke any Program benefits that have been provided to the Customer.
9. Hana Bank reserves the right to amend and/or add to the Program terms and conditions by providing prior notice to Customers in accordance with the provisions stipulated by the Regulator through Hana Bank's official communication channels.
10. For any complaints, inquiries, and/or questions regarding the Program, Customers may contact Hana Bank through Call Hana at 1500 021 (24 hours), Hana Bank's official WhatsApp at 0811-9710-0021 (08:00–22:00 WIB), email at help@linebank.co.id, or by visiting the nearest Hana Bank Branch Office.
11. By participating in this Program, Customers are deemed to have read, acknowledged, understood, and agreed to all applicable Program terms and conditions.
12. Customers must comply with all instructions, terms, and conditions stipulated by Hana Bank, as well as all applicable laws and regulations governing the use of services and transactions related to this Program.
13. PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia (Hana Bank) is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia (BI), and is a participant in the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) deposit guarantee program.
