How to use
1. The Program is applicable to 500 (five hundred) new Customers who do not yet hold any account and/or product with LINE Bank by Hana Bank or Hana Bank and who open a LINE Bank by Hana Bank account during the Program Period.
2. Customers are eligible to receive total cashback of up to IDR 100,000 by fulfilling the following terms and conditions:
- Open a LINE Bank by Hana Bank Savings Account during the Program Period; and
- Place a minimum deposit of IDR 500,000 and maintain a minimum average balance of IDR 500,000 until the cashback is credited.
- IDR 25,000 cashback for opening a LINE Bank by Hana Bank Goal Savings Account with a minimum monthly deposit of IDR 100,000 and a tenor of 6 (six) months;
- IDR 25,000 cashback for opening a LINE Bank by Hana Bank Time Deposit with a minimum placement amount of IDR 1,000,00 and a tenor of 3 (three) months; and/or
a. Main Cashback of IDR 50,000, subject to the following conditions:

Terms & Condition
1. The Program is valid for the period of November 1–30 2026.
2. The Program is applicable to 500 (five hundred) new Customers who do not yet hold any account and/or product with LINE Bank by Hana Bank or Hana Bank and who open a LINE Bank by Hana Bank account during the Program Period.
3. Customers are eligible to receive total cashback of up to IDR 100,000 by fulfilling the following terms and conditions:
- Open a LINE Bank by Hana Bank Savings Account during the Program Period; and
- Place a minimum deposit of IDR 500,000 and maintain a minimum average balance of IDR 500,000 until the cashback is credited.
- IDR 25,000 cashback for opening a LINE Bank by Hana Bank Goal Savings Account with a minimum monthly deposit of IDR 100,000 and a tenor of 6 (six) months;
- IDR 25,000 cashback for opening a LINE Bank by Hana Bank Time Deposit with a minimum placement amount of IDR 1,000,00 and a tenor of 3 (three) months; and/or
a. Main Cashback of IDR 50,000, subject to the following conditions:

4. Cashback will be credited to the Customer's LINE Bank by Hana Bank Savings Account no later than 30 (thirty) business days after the end of the Program Period. If the crediting date falls on a public holiday, the cashback will be credited on the next business day.
5. Each Customer is entitled to receive:
- Main Cashback of IDR 50,000 once; and
- Each type of Additional Cashback once for every benefit successfully fulfilled as specified in point 3.b.
6. In the event of any indication of a violation and/or fraud against the applicable terms and conditions, Hana Bank reserves the right to cancel the Customer's participation in the Program and/or cancel or reclaim any Program benefits that have been provided to the Customer.
7. Hana Bank reserves the right to amend and/or add to the Program's terms and conditions by providing prior notice to Customers in accordance with the provisions stipulated by the Regulator through Hana Bank's official communication channels.
8. For any complaints, feedback, and/or inquiries regarding the Program, Customers may contact Hana Bank through Call Hana at 1500 021 (24 hours), Official Hana Bank WhatsApp at 0811-9710-0021 (08:00–22:00 WIB), email at help@linebank.co.id, or visit the nearest Hana Bank Branch Office.
9. By participating in this Program, Customers are deemed to have read, acknowledged, understood, and agreed to all applicable Program terms and conditions.
10. Customers must comply with the instructions and terms and conditions provided by Hana Bank, as well as all applicable laws and regulations governing the use of services and transactions related to this Program.
11. PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia (Hana Bank) is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia (BI), and is a participant in the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) deposit guarantee program.
