1. Make transactions or payments online and offline using Hana Bank Debit Card and LINE Bank by Hana Bank Debit Card with GPN and/or Visa and QRIS at any merchants (excluding e-wallet top-up transactions.)

2. Get cashback up to IDR2,000,000 with the highest transactions during the program period

1. Program is valid during the period of 1 April - 30 June 2026

2. Program is valid for payments using Hana Bank Debit Card and LINE Bank by Hana Bank Debit Card with GPN and/or VISA and QRIS logo at any merchants (online and offline), excluding e-wallet top-up transactions.

3. Customers are entitled to receive cashback once during the program period and applicable for 5 (five) customers with the highest number of valid transactions (frequency) during the program period with the following conditions:

• Top 1: Cashback amounting to IDR2,000,000
• Top 2: Cashback amounting to IDR1,000,000
• Top 3-5: Cashback amounting to IDR500,000

4. Program applies with the following terms:

• Conduct a minimum transaction of IDR10,000 at all merchants (online and offline). Not applicable for failed or refunded transactions.
  
• Transactions at the same merchant are counted up to a maximum of 5 (five) transactions per month. Additional transactions will not be included in the program calculation.
  Maintain a minimum savings balance of IDR500,000 during the program period.
  
• In the event that there are Customers with the same number of transactions, the winner will be determined based on who reaches the transaction number first.

5. Eligible customers will be announced no later than 20 working days after the program period ends through Hana Bank official channels.

6. Cashback will be credited within a maximum of 7 working days after the announcement. If it falls on a holiday, it will be processed on the next working day.

7. Any taxes arising from the reward in accordance with applicable tax regulations in Indonesia will be borne by Hana Bank.

8. This program is not applicable for Hana Bank employees.

9. This program cannot be combined with other programs organized by Hana Bank and/or LINE Bank by Hana Bank.

10. In case of any indication of violation or fraud against applicable regulations, Hana Bank and the Merchant reserve the right to cancel/withdraw the cashback that has been or will be granted to the Customer.

11. Hana Bank reserves the right to amend and/or add program terms & conditions by notifying Customers in advance in accordance with the timeline set by the Regulator through official channels determined by Hana Bank.

12. For any complaints related to the program, Customers may submit inquiries/complaints by contacting Call Hana 1-500-021 (24 hours), WhatsApp Official Hana Bank 0811-9710-0021 (08.00 - 22.00 WIB), email help@linebank.co.id or visiting the nearest Hana Bank branch.

13. By participating in this program, Customers are deemed to have read, acknowledged, understood and agreed to all applicable program terms and conditions.

14. Customers are required to follow all instructions and terms & conditions provided by Hana Bank, including all applicable laws and regulations governing the use of services and transactions related to this program.

15. PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia (Hana Bank) is licensed and supervised by the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) and Bank Indonesia (BI) and is a participant of Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan (LPS).
