Debit Card Promotion

1. Make transactions or payments online and offline using Hana Bank Debit Card and LINE Bank by Hana Bank Debit Card with GPN and/or Visa at any merchant (excluding e-wallet top-up payments).

2. Get cashback of up to IDR 15,000,000 for the highest transactions during the program period.

3. Terms and Conditions apply

1. The program is valid from April 1 - June 30, 2026.

2. The program applies to payments using Hana Bank Debit Card and LINE Bank by Hana Bank Debit Card with GPN and/or VISA logo at online and offline merchants, excluding e-wallet top-up transactions.

3. Cashback for Customers is as follows:

Top Spender Diamond category
Applicable for 5 customers with the highest transactions during the program period.
• Top spender 1: Cashback IDR 15,000,000
  
• Top spender 2: Cashback IDR 5,000,000
  
• Top spender 3-5: Cashback IDR 2,500,000

Top Spender Gold category
Applicable for 5 customers with the highest transactions during the program period.
• Top spender 1: Cashback IDR 2,500,000
  
• Top spender 2: Cashback IDR 1,000,000
  
• Top spender 3-5: Cashback IDR 500,000

4. Customers are entitled to receive cashback only 1 (one) time and can only win in one category.

5. The program applies with the following terms and conditions:

• Customers are considered participating upon reaching the minimum accumulated monthly transactions based on the achieved category.
• Customer category is determined based on the highest category when first qualifying and remains until the end of the program period. Top Spender categories:
  
  • Gold: Minimum accumulated transaction IDR 3,000,000
    
  • Diamond: Minimum accumulated transaction IDR 15,000,000
    
• Winners are determined based on total accumulated transactions from participation until the end of the program period.
  
• Transactions at the same merchant are counted up to a maximum of 5 (five) highest-value transactions per month; additional transactions will not be counted.
  
• Customers must maintain a minimum average balance of IDR 500,000 during the program period.

6. Eligible Customers will be announced no later than 20 working days after the program ends via Hana Bank official channels.

7. Cashback will be credited within a maximum of 7 working days after announcement. If it falls on a holiday, it will be credited on the next working day.

8. All taxes arising from the rewards will be borne by Hana Bank.

9. The program is not applicable to Hana Bank employees.

10. This program cannot be combined with other programs by Hana Bank or LINE Bank by Hana Bank.

11. If there is any indication of violation or fraud, Hana Bank reserves the right to cancel and/or reclaim cashback granted to Customers.

12. Hana Bank reserves the right to amend and/or add terms & conditions by informing Customers in advance in accordance with regulator requirements via official channels.

14. By participating, Customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable terms and conditions.

15. Customers must comply with all instructions, terms, and applicable laws related to this program.

16. PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia (Hana Bank) is licensed and supervised by the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) and Bank Indonesia (BI) and is a participant of Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan (LPS).
