Cara Menggunakan
1. This program is valid for customers of PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia (“Hana Bank”) who already have a LINE Bank by Hana Bank Savings Account.
2.Get cashback of up to IDR 5,000,000 with the following terms and conditions:
- Referrer: Cashback of IDR 50,000 per referred customer who successfully opens a Savings Account using a referral code, with a maximum cashback of IDR 5,000,000 during the program period (1 month).
- Referee: The referred customer must top up and maintain a minimum balance of IDR 1,000,000 in their main account until the end of the month.
3.Terms and conditions apply.
Syarat & Ketentuan
1. This Program is valid during the period of 1 - 30 April 2026.
2. This Program is valid for Customers who have opened a Savings Account through the LINE Bank by Hana Bank application
3. Customers are entitled to receive cashback after fulfilling the following conditions:
- Referrer: Cashback of IDR 50,000 per customer who successfully opens a Savings Account using the referral code, with a maximum total cashback of IDR 5,000,000 during the program period
- Referee: Top up and maintain a balance of IDR 1,000,000 in the main account until the end of the month.
4. Customers may invite friends subject to the following conditions:
- The Customer has an active Savings Account.
- The Customer shares the referral code by following these steps:
- Open the LINE Bank by Hana Bank application
- Go to the “Others” page and select the “Invite Friends” menu
- Share the unique referral code link to invite friends/family/relatives via messaging applications.
- The Customer maintains a minimum balance of IDR 1,000,000 in the main account at the end of the month during the program period.
5. Cashback will be credited to the main account of both the referrer and the referee no later than 14 (fourteen) business days after the program period ends. If the crediting date falls on a holiday, the cashback will be credited on the next business day.
6. There is a maximum cashback quota applicable for each referee account opening.
7. If more than one referrer refers the same Customer and all requirements and terms of the Program are fulfilled, the cashback will be granted based on the earliest submission date received by LINE Bank by Hana Bank.
8. If there is any indication of violation or fraud, Hana Bank reserves the right to cancel or withdraw cashback rewards that have been or will be credited to the customer.
9. Hana Bank reserves the right to amend and/or add to the program’s terms and conditions by notifying customers in advance within the time frame set by the Regulator through media determined by Hana Bank.
10. For any complaints related to the program, customers may submit inquiries or complaints by contacting: Call Hana at 1-500-021 (24 hours), WhatsApp Official Hana Bank at 0811-9710-0021 (08:00 - 22:00 WIB), Email: help@linebank.co.id, or by visiting the nearest Hana Bank branch
11. By participating in this program, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable terms and conditions.
12. Customers must comply with the instructions, terms, and conditions provided by Hana Bank, as well as all applicable laws and regulations specifically governing the use of services and transactions related to this program.
13. PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia (Hana Bank) is permitted and supervised by the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) and Bank Indonesia (BI) and is a participant of Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan (LPS).
