Cara Menggunakan
1. This program is valid for customers of PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia (“Hana Bank”) who open a LINE Bank Goal Savings Reward Savings account through the LINE Bank by Hana Bank application or Hana Bank Office Network.
2. Open a Goal Savings Reward Savings account, place funds according to the selected reward scheme during the program period.

Syarat & Ketentuan
1. The “Goal Savings Rewards” program is valid from December 1 2025 – February 28th, 2026.

3.Customers are entitled to receive rewards after meeting the following requirements:
- Open a Goal Savings Rewards account through the LINE Bank by Hana Bank application or any Hana Bank Branch.
- Make an initial deposit upon account opening & subsequent monthly deposits according to the applicable program scheme.
4. Reward details are as follows:
- For account opening via LINE Bank by Hana Bank app:
- Customers will receive a Blibli e-voucher sent to the registered WhatsApp number and/or email address within a maximum of 30 (thirty) business days after account opening.
- The e-voucher can be redeemed for rewards available on the Blibli microsite & must be redeemed no later than 30 (thirty) business days after receiving the link.

- Terms regarding reward specifications, shipping fees, warranty, & return policy are subject to Blibli’s terms & conditions & will be the responsibility of the Customer
- The Customer hereby agrees to allow the Bank to use the registered phone number and/or email address in the Bank’s system for e-voucher delivery.

5. The interest rate applied to this program is 0.25% p.a.
6. If debit failure occurs for 3 consecutive months, the account will be automatically closed in the 4th month & a penalty fee will be charged according to the scheme stated in point 2. The remaining balance & interest will be credited back to the source account.
7. If the Customer closes the account before the end of the program period, a penalty fee will apply according to the scheme stated in point 2.
8.Rewards, including specifications & colors, are determined by the Bank & cannot be converted into cash or exchanged for other forms.
9. Hana Bank reserves the right to amend and/or add terms & conditions of the program by notifying the Customer in advance according to the time limit set by the Regulator through channels determined by Hana Bank.
10. For any complaints regarding the program, Customers may contact Call Hana at 1-500-021 (24 hours), WhatsApp Live Chat at 0811-9710-0021 (08:00 - 22:00 WIB), email help@linebank.co.id, or visit the nearest Hana Bank branch.
11.By participating in this program, the Customer has read, acknowledged, understood, & agreed to all applicable terms & conditions of the program.
12. Customers are required to follow all instructions, terms, & conditions provided by Hana Bank & comply with all regulations governing the use of services & transactions related to this program.
13. If there are any indications of violation of applicable regulations, PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia (“Hana Bank”) reserves the right to cancel or revoke rewards that will be or have been granted to the Customer.
14. PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia (Hana Bank) is permitted & supervised by the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) & Bank Indonesia (BI) & is a participant of Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan (LPS).
15. This product or program is not covered under the LPS deposit interest guarantee program.
