1. Make a payment using QRIS or Hana Bank and LINE Bank by Hana Bank Debit Cards bearing the GPN and/or Visa logo at all merchants (online and offline), excluding e-wallet top-up transactions; or pay bills through the MyHana or LINE Bank by Hana Bank application.

2. Get 1 (one) cashback during the program period, applicable to the 15 (fifteen) customers with the highest number of valid transactions (frequency) during the program period, with the following conditions:

• Top 1 – 5: Cashback of Rp500,000 per Customer
• Top 6 – 15: Cashback of Rp250,000 per Customer

3. Terms and Conditions apply.

1. The program is valid during the period of 1 July – 30 September 2026.

2. The program applies to:

• Payments made using QRIS or Hana Bank and LINE Bank by Hana Bank Debit Cards bearing the GPN and/or Visa logo at all merchants (online and offline), excluding e-wallet top-up transactions; or
• Bill payments made through the MyHana or LINE Bank by Hana Bank application.

3. Customers are entitled to receive 1 (one) cashback during the program period, applicable to the 15 (fifteen) customers with the highest number of valid transactions (frequency) during the program period, with the following conditions:

• Top 1 – 5: Cashback of IDR 500,000 per Customer
• Top 6 – 15: Cashback of IDR 250,000 per Customer

4. Winners will be selected every month during the Program period and will be announced no later than 20 (twenty) working days in the following month through Hana Bank's official channels.

5. The program applies with the following conditions:

• Each transaction must have a minimum value of IDR 10,000.
• Failed, cancelled, or refunded transactions will not be counted in the Program.
• Transactions at the same merchant will be counted for a maximum of 10 (ten) transactions per month. Transactions beyond this limit will not be counted in the Program.
• Customers must maintain a minimum savings balance of IDR 500,000 in accordance with the Program's terms.
• In the event that multiple customers have the same number of transactions, the winner will be determined based on the customer who reached that transaction count first.

6. Cashback will be credited no later than 7 (seven) working days after the announcement of winners. If the crediting date falls on a public holiday, the cashback will be credited on the next working day.

7. Any taxes arising from the cashback reward will be borne by Hana Bank in accordance with applicable tax regulations in Indonesia.

8. The program does not apply to Hana Bank employees.

9. In the event of any indication of violation and/or fraudulent activity against applicable regulations, Hana Bank reserves the right to cancel and/or withdraw the cashback that will be or has been granted to the Customer.

10. Hana Bank reserves the right to amend and/or update the Program's terms and conditions with prior notice to Customers within the timeframe stipulated by the Regulator through official channels determined by Hana Bank.

12. Customers are required to comply with all instructions, terms and conditions provided by Hana Bank, as well as all applicable laws and regulations governing the use of services and transactions related to this Program.

13. By participating in this Program, Customers are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable terms and conditions of the Program.

14. PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia (Hana Bank) is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia (BI), and is a participant of the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).
