How to use
1. Make a payment transaction using a Hana Bank Debit Card or a LINE Bank by Hana Bank Debit Card bearing the Visa logo at Traveloka and Tiket.com ("Merchant").
2. Customers are eligible to receive discounts with the following conditions:

Traveloka – Discount of up to IDR 575,000
- Discount of IDR 25,000 with a minimum spend of IDR 500,000, valid for the first 100 transactions per month during the Program period. Promo code: HANATRVLK1
- 5% discount up to IDR 100,000 with a minimum spend of IDR 1,500,000, valid for the first 225 transactions per month during the Program period. Promo code: HANATRVLK3

Terms & Condition
1. The program is valid during the period of 1 July – 30 September 2026.
2. This program applies to payments made using Hana Bank Debit Card or LINE Bank by Hana Bank Debit Card bearing the Visa logo at Traveloka and Tiket.com ("Merchant").
3. Customers are eligible to receive discounts with the following conditions:

4. The discount applies to purchases of all Merchant products.
5. Customers are entitled to receive 1 (one) discount per promo code per month during the Program period.
6. Any applicable taxes arising from the promo benefits obtained shall be the sole responsibility of the Customer in accordance with prevailing tax regulations.
7. In the event of any indication of violation and/or fraudulent activity against applicable regulations, Hana Bank and/or the Merchant reserve the right to cancel and/or revoke any discount that will be/has been granted to the Customer.
8. Hana Bank reserves the right to amend and/or update the Program's terms and conditions with prior notice to Customers within the timeframe stipulated by the Regulator through official channels determined by Hana Bank.
9. For any complaints related to the Program, Customers may submit inquiries or complaints by contacting Call Hana 1-500-021 (24 hours), WhatsApp Official Hana Bank 0811-9710-0021 (08:00 – 22:00 WIB), Email customervoice@hanabank.co.id / help@linebank.co.id or Visiting the nearest Hana Bank branch directly.
10. Customers are required to comply with all instructions, terms and conditions provided by Hana Bank, as well as all applicable laws and regulations governing the use of services and transactions related to this Program.
11. By participating in this Program, Customers are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable terms and conditions of the Program.
12. PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia (Hana Bank) is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia (BI), and is a participant of the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).
