How to use

1. Make payments/transactions using the LINE Bank by Hana Bank Debit Card with the Visa/GPN logo at all online and offline merchants

2. Get cashback of up to IDR 55,000 with a minimum accumulated transaction of IDR 1,000,000 (no multiples apply)

Terms & Condition

1. This program is valid from April 1 – June 30, 2026.

2. This program is applicable to 450 (four hundred fifty) new customers who open a LINE Bank by Hana Bank account per month during the program period.

3. Customers are entitled to receive cashback of up to Rp55,000 with the following terms:

  • Customers activate their Visa and/or GPN Debit Card during the program period.
  • Customers accumulate transactions using the Visa and/or GPN Debit Card at all merchants (online and offline) with a minimum of Rp1,000,000 within 30 (thirty) days from the Debit Card activation.
  • Customers maintain a minimum average balance of Rp500,000 during the program period.
  • Customers will receive cashback of Rp50,000 upon fulfilling the above requirements.
  • Customers are eligible for an additional cashback of Rp5,000 by completing a minimum of 10 (ten) QRIS transactions at all merchants (online and offline).

4. Each customer is entitled to receive only 1 (one) cashback during the program period.

5. Cashback will be credited no later than 20 (twenty) working days after the program period ends. If it falls on a holiday, it will be credited on the next working day.

6. Any taxes arising from this program will be fully borne by Hana Bank in accordance with applicable regulations.

7. If there are indications of violations or fraudulent activities against applicable regulations, Hana Bank reserves the right to cancel and/or withdraw the cashback that will be or has been granted to the customer.

8. Hana Bank reserves the right to amend and/or add to the program terms and conditions by notifying customers in advance in accordance with the time limits stipulated by the Regulator through official media determined by Hana Bank.

9. If there are complaints related to the program, customers may submit complaints or inquiries by contacting Call Hana 1-500-021 (24 hours), Hana Bank Official WhatsApp 0811-9710-0021 (08.00 – 22.00 WIB), email help@linebank.co.id, or by visiting the nearest Hana Bank branch.

10. By participating in this program, customers are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable terms and conditions of the program.

11. Customers are required to comply with the instructions as well as the terms and conditions provided by Hana Bank, including all applicable laws and regulations governing the use of services and transactions related to this program.

12. PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia (Hana Bank) is licensed and supervised by the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) and Bank Indonesia (BI) and is a participant of Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan (LPS).
