How to use

1. Make payment transactions using the LINE Bank by Hana Bank Debit Card with the Visa logo at Shopee.

2. Get a discount up to IDR 110,000 with a minimum transaction of IDR 100,000 (Does not valid for multiples)

Terms & Condition

1. The program is valid from 1 - 31 March 2026.

2. The program is applicable to payments made using Hana Bank Debit Cards or LINE Bank by Hana Bank Debit Cards bearing the Visa logo at Shopee merchants.

3. The program is subject to the following quota:

  • 5% discount (five percent) up to IDR 100,000 (one hundred thousand Rupiah) applies to the first 300 (three hundred) transactions during the program period
  • IDR 10,000 discount (ten thousand Rupiah) applies to the first 3,000 (three thousand) transactions during the program period

4. Customers are entitled to receive 1 (one) discount for each scheme during the program period

5. Discounts of up to IDR 110,000 apply under the following terms:

  • 5% discount up to IDR 100,000 with a minimum purchase of IDR 1,000,000 (not valid for multiples)
  • IDR 10,000 discount with a minimum purchase of IDR 100,000 (not valid for multiples)

6. The promotion cannot be combined simultaneously with other promotions available at LINE Bank by Hana Bank or Shopee.

7. If there is any indication of violation or fraud against the applicable regulations, Hana Bank reserves the right to cancel and/or withdraw any discount that has been or will be granted to the Customer.

8. Customers are fully responsible for any tax obligations arising in connection with the Promotion benefits received, in accordance with the applicable tax regulations.

9. Hana Bank reserves the right to amend and/or add to the program’s terms and conditions by informing Customers in advance in accordance with the timeline set by the Regulator through official channels determined by Hana Bank.

10. For any complaints related to the program, Customers may submit inquiries or complaints by contacting Call Hana at 1-500-021 (24 hours), Official Hana Bank WhatsApp at 0811-9710-0021 (08.00 - 22.00 WIB), email help@linebank.co.id or by visiting the nearest Hana Bank branch.

11. By participating in this program, Customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable terms and conditions.

12. Customers must comply with the instructions and terms and conditions provided by Hana Bank, as well as all applicable laws and regulations governing the use of services and transactions related to this program.

13. PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia (Hana Bank) is licensed and supervised by the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) and Bank Indonesia (BI) and is a participant of Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan (LPS).
