How to use

1. Make as many transactions as possible using Hana Bank Debit Cards and QRIS Hana Bank & LINE Bank by Hana Bank with the Visa and/or GPN logo at all merchants (online and offline).

2. Get cashback of up to IDR 2,000,000 with a minimum transaction of IDR 10,000.

Terms & Condition

1. The program is valid during the period of February 14 – March 31, 2026.

2. The program applies to payments made using Hana Bank Debit Cards and QRIS Hana Bank & LINE Bank by Hana Bank with the Visa and/or GPN logo at all merchants (online and offline).

3. Customers are entitled to receive cashback only once, with a quota of 10 (ten) customers who have the highest number of transactions during the program period.

4. The cashback that customers will receive is as follows: Top 1: Cashback of IDR 2,000,000 Top 2: Cashback of IDR 1,000,000 Top 3–10: Cashback of IDR 250,000

5. The program is subject to the following terms and conditions: Perform transactions with a minimum amount of IDR 10,000 at all merchants (online and offline). Failed or refunded transactions are not eligible. Transactions at the same merchant are counted up to a maximum of 5 (five) transactions per month. Any additional transactions will not be included in the program calculation. Maintain a minimum savings balance of IDR 500,000 during the program period.

6. Customers eligible for cashback will be announced no later than 20 working days after the program period ends through Hana Bank’s official channels.

7. Cashback will be credited no later than 7 working days after the announcement. If the crediting date falls on a holiday, it will be processed on the next working day.

8. If there is any indication of violations or fraud against the applicable regulations, Hana Bank reserves the right to cancel and/or withdraw the cashback to be granted or already granted to the Customer.

9. Hana Bank reserves the right to amend and/or add to the program’s terms and conditions by informing Customers in advance in accordance with the timeline set by the Regulator through channels determined by Hana Bank.

11. By participating in this program, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable terms and conditions.

12. Customers must comply with the instructions, terms, and conditions provided by Hana Bank, as well as all applicable laws and regulations specifically governing the use of services and transactions related to this program.

13. PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia (Hana Bank) is permitted and supervised by the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) and Bank Indonesia (BI) and is a participant of Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan (LPS).
